Terms & Conditions for Refund
We understand that there might be times when after placing the order, our valuable customers may change their mind. At the same time, we hope that our valued customers will understand and appreciate the effort that goes in processing the received orders. Hence, to address the cases in which our customers would like to cancel or return an order, we have the following policy in place depending on the scenario:
Scenario 1
Customer places the order but Anju Pharma team hasn’t processed the order yet and customer cancels the order before it gets processed.
Refund Term: As the payment goes to Razorpay and then comes to Anju Pharma, whatever amount received from Razorpay would be credited to the customer’s account within 15 days.
Scenario 2
Customer places the order, Anju Pharma team processes the order and tracking detail gets generated before the customer informs to cancel the order, but it is not yet picked up by the courier partner.
Refund Term: In this case, the courier charge levied would be deducted over and above of whatever is received in Anju Pharma’s account. The balance will be credited to the customer’s account within 15 days.
Scenario 3
Customer places the order, Anju Pharma team processes the order, the tracking detail gets generated, and the parcel gets picked up by the courier partner before the customer cancels the order.
Refund Term: In this case, there would be no refund offered to the customer.
